September 10, Pot Luck Crop

September 15-18th Retreat
Fall Sunsets are beautiful backdrops for retreat pics in September. Lots of fun to be had
and maybe even a bit of scrapbooking will get done.

Initial Deposit due 7-14-16 Final Payment due 8-13-16

We provide a quiet country setting with spacious 6ft tables for each retreater; wide
aisles; crop room separate from the sleeping area. Cottages include 2 double beds, small
fridge, microwave and coffee pot (they are like walking into a hotel room). Since the cabins
are separate from the crop room, getting rowdy & loud in the middle of the night is not a
problem for all those late night croppers. (Rates are based on 2 per cabin so you will need a
roommate or you may opt to have a cabin by yourself by
paying the extra cabin fee. RV's may not be used for this function. Chairs are folding chairs
so feel free to bring your own office chair if you would like. Extension cords are a must if
you bring electronics.) Luxury cabins--have 2 queen beds, full kitchen, larger bath and more
and may accommodate 3 retreaters.

Rates figured on two people per cabin. Roommates must arrive on same day.

Saturday, December 3, 10am-10pm Pot Luck Crop
   Monthly Pot Luck Crops

Our monthly crops are taking on a
whole new dimension. Kevin at
Mitchell Resort has decided to break
his own rules about 2 night minimums
on cottage rentals. You now have
TWO choices for your crop time:
1. Crop from 10am to 10pm for $15
and a dish to share.
2. Stay Saturday night, (must have a
roommate), and crop from 10am
Saturday til whenever you wish to go
to bed plus your dish to share all for
$60. You have to be out of the
cottages and the crop building on
Sunday by 11am. No cropping on
Sunday, only packing up. Kinda like a
mini retreat for those that can't get
away from home very long.
FAQ:
1. Can I stay past 10pm if I am not
staying at the resort? No. If you are
not paying for a cottage to stay you
must leave the resort by 10pm. That
would not be fair to those paying for
cottages. No exceptions.
2. Where do I get breakfast on
Sunday morning? There are two
locations that serve breakfast tacos,
etc. The Pirate's Plank in Perrin and
the opposite direction 2 Cousins. You
can also fix something in your cottage
as you have a microwave, coffee pot
and frig.
3.Can I get up early Sunday morning
and crop? No, you will need to start
packing up and getting ready to be out
of the building and cottage by 11am.
You really won't have time.
